Lorsque j’ai appris que les filles de Nina, pizza napolitaine<\/a>, Lucie Nadeau et P\u00e9n\u00e9lope Lachapelle, accompagn\u00e9es de leur acolyte Philippe-Emmanuel Favron, allaient ouvrir un tout nouveau concept de restaurant \u00e0 deux coins de rue de chez moi, j’\u00e9tais plut\u00f4t excit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Quand j’ai appris que ce tout nouveau concept allait \u00eatre une r\u00f4tisserie servant du poulet r\u00f4ti sur place, j’ai litt\u00e9ralement eu la chair de poule!<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir manqu\u00e9 la pr\u00e9-ouverture<\/a> dimanche dernier, j’avais vraiment tr\u00e8s h\u00e2te d’y aller.<\/p>\n

Quelques minutes plus tard, j’y \u00e9tais et je d\u00e9couvrais le nouvel espace compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9nov\u00e9, d\u00e9cor\u00e9 \u00e0 neuf, anciennement une pizz\u00e9ria aux couleurs criardes qui ne donnait pas envie de rester trop longtemps.<\/p>\n

C’est tout le contraire dans cette nouvelle r\u00f4tisserie de Limoilou o\u00f9 l’ambiance feutr\u00e9e est \u00e0 l’honneur avec beaucoup de couleurs sombres et plusieurs touches dor\u00e9es ici et l\u00e0. On sent bien le branding<\/a> du restaurant de la porte d’entr\u00e9e, au menu et m\u00eame dans les r\u00e9cipients \u00e0 couverts sur les tables.<\/p>\n

Le menu principal est compos\u00e9 en trois parties: Mises en bouche, Le Poulet & Les \u00c0-C\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Les portions sont g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses et tout est absolument savoureux, j’ai eu la chance de go\u00fbter au quart de poitrine, au ma\u00efs grill\u00e9, la verdurette ainsi qu’au os-kaki BBQ.<\/p>\n

Je vous recommande fortement, question de go\u00fbter \u00e0 tout,\u00a0de commander soit un quart ou le demi poulet (tout d\u00e9pendant de votre app\u00e9tit) et de partager quelques \u00e0-c\u00f4t\u00e9s qui sont tout aussi d\u00e9licieux et qui accompagneront merveilleusement bien votre volaille<\/a> bien enrob\u00e9e d’une concoction sp\u00e9ciale de l’associ\u00e9-chef, Philippe-Emmanuel Favron.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 ce qui para\u00eet, les cocktails sont aussi \u00e0 ne pas manquer, je devrai donc y retourner sous peu :)!<\/p>\n

Si vous \u00eates au centre-ville, c’est tr\u00e8s facile d’y aller \u00e0 pied ou en v\u00e9lo. Si vous partez d’un peu plus loin, optez pour l’autobus, soit le 800 ou le 801 avec le RTC<\/a><\/p>\n
