Vous trouverez certainement cette ambiance au Le George. Toute la salle est tr\u00e8s lumineuse et luxueuse. La premi\u00e8re assiette qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9 \u00e0 notre table \u00e9tait des brochettes de langoustines r\u00f4ties accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019une sauce \u00e0 la moutarde de Cr\u00e9mone. J\u2019\u00e9tais dans l\u2019erreur \u2014 je l\u2019ai rapidement comrpis d\u00e8s que j&rsquo;ai pris ma premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e de la tarte tatin d\u2019oignons avec de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e parmesan. Imaginez ceci \u2014 un oignon cuit pendant de nombreuses heures et ensuite plac\u00e9 sur une petite cro\u00fbte fine. Les agnolottis \u2014 des p\u00e2tes farcies de la famille des raviolis \u2014 \u00e9taient remplis de queue de boeuf, surmont\u00e9 d\u2019une sauce vin rouge et sauge. Ma suggestion: faites-vous plaisir \u2014 prenez-les tous.
