Bref, pour moi, \u00e7a a fonctionn\u00e9 et je salive d\u00e9j\u00e0 au moment o\u00f9 j&rsquo;irai essayer leur table du soir.<\/p>\n<p><span>Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour la Canette; un canard confit dans son jus, beta carde, surmont\u00e9 de deux oeufs poch\u00e9s et d&rsquo;un sabayon \u00e0 l&rsquo;estragon. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9finitivement tr\u00e8s \u00a0succulent. La seule chose qui m&rsquo;a d\u00e9plu, \u00e9tait le fait que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un peu moins bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 que ce que j&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu en photos du Panache. Par contre, en y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant bien, c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame tout un d\u00e9fi de faire une assiette <em>cute\u00a0<\/em>avec ce type de d\u00e9jeuner!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement charm\u00e9 par l&rsquo;architecture \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du resto: tr\u00e8s rustique avec des touches m\u00e9talliques modernes. Et que dire du magnifique foyer en plein centre: WOW!
