Embracing the weather even on a rainy day<\/h1>\n

Lately, the weather in Montreal has been a total rollercoaster. One day, it’s summer temperatures and light blue skies and the next there is snow, rain and gray skies. Weather kind of affects me a lot\u00a0\u2014 I usually don’t like to do much when it’s raining\u00a0\u2014 but since this weather is so unpredictable, I decided to go with the flow and embrace the weather no matter what.<\/p>\n

I decided to go out on a gray day and it started to rain immediately as I went out of the metro station.<\/p>\n

My love for architecture has always been very strong\u00a0\u2014 I studied architecture at the college\u00a0\u2014 so I decided to put the emphasis of my photowalk on architecture in downtown Montreal.<\/p>\n

As soon as the fog rolled in atop the skyscrapers, I already had in mind how I would edit those photos.<\/p>\n

What photography gear I use for these photos?<\/h2>\n

For this particular photowalk, I decided to bring my Nikon D750<\/a> along with my Sigma Art 24mm f\/1.4<\/a> and Sigma Art 50mm f\/1.4<\/a>. I ended up using the 24mm only since I wanted a unified wide angle style for all the photos. Whenever I’m out shooting on the streets, I carry my Peak Design Slide Camera Strap<\/a>, it’s absolutely the best and most useful camera strap around.<\/p>\n

I always shoot in RAW no matter what I’m shooting and after I edit my photos using the powerful Adobe Photoshop Lightroom\u00a0<\/a>CC.<\/p>\n
