Newly opened Marlon is THE place to go if you have a Californian food craving while in la Ville Lumiere. My friend Thibault recommended this place (although he had never been there, haha).

I was immediately seduced by the menu composed of fresh California-inspired ingredients such as corn on the cob, shrimp, chicken & avocado. I got the rock shrimp tempura tacos and the truffled mac and cheese. It was absolutely delicious and, I discovered that day, the fontina cheese which they used for the mac and cheese. I wish this cheese was more accessible in Canada now that I’ve tasted it!

If you’re looking to have a rather exotic experience while in Paris, it’s the place to go, you won’t be disappointed.
