A real Japanese restaurant in Quebec City
FINALLY! I had lunch at Tora-Ya Ramen!
I had seen the announcement of a possible branch last summer at Hosaka-Ya in Limoilou!
The wait is finally over and the Tora-Ya Ramen team — located at 75 St. Joseph Street in Quebec City — is ready to deliver the merchandise!
From the traditional ramen soup (to ramen miso soup), with a detour through succulent appetizers such as tako wasabi (raw octopus in a wasabi sauce) kimchi or tofu tempura, everything on the menu seems succulent!
For my part, I opted for a ramen soup “chushua” which is very traditional, but honest!
So Japanese food lovers, to your chopsticks and direction Tora-Ya Ramen!
