Why visiting Quebec City in the winter should be on your bucket list…
Dear, Quebec City, you might be one of the most romantic and beautiful destinations in North America… perhaps in the world, but let’s be real, your winters are very cold and snowy. I was born in Quebec City and lived there for 28 years, so I basically went through 28 winters and learned to embrace it, rather than whine about it and hate it. Obviously, my love for photography helped me a lot when it comes to embracing winters in Quebec City. Here’s a look back at my best photos of Quebec City in the winter, that I’m pretty sure, will help you love winter in this city. If you’ve never been to the only walled city north of Mexico, now’s the time to book your winter trip to my fabulous hometown.

Love your photos! I have been to Quebec so many times since I was a child, and many as an adult during the summer. I have been twice in the last 8 years for the winter Carnival and plan to go back at least once more. I have been to Ile d’Orleans several times, but not in winter-will have to check it out. My ancestors settled there in the town of St. Pierre (maiden name was St. Pierre.
And sorry, I accidentally deleted your message yesterday.
I forgot to say you can have a drink at the ice hotel and not sleep there! Nice to look at!
That’s really brilliant!
So many beautiful photos, I can see many places where I have ever visited.
But fortunately it’s unlike this when I was there. I can’t stand with such heavy snow! Sorry! Because I came from a tropic island! ^^
