Amazing Mediterranean lunch at Sumac in Saint-Henri
Since the past few years, Saint-Henri has become a prominent figure of Montreal food scene. Sumac Restaurant got my attention when my friend Mayssam from Will Travel for Food told me about it. Usually — read all the time — she has pretty good taste in restaurants so I had to try it.
On a sunny June day, I had meetings in the neighbourhood and my friend Thibault — who came all the way from France — was in town for a couple days so we decided to try this lovely spot.
All the food we tried was very tasty and it reminded me of the food I had while I was in Israel. My favourite was definitely the falafel which was absolutely perfect.
